Emily
Originally from a dance background, Emily trained in ballet and contemporary dance from a young age. She loves teaching dynamic Vinyasa yoga and is also experienced with Yin, Pranayama and other styles. Viewing movement as an art her fluid, energetic and creative style shines through in her classes. Emily views yoga as a whole experience in the mind and body, a chance to stop and surrender, a pathway to rediscovering who we are again amid the rush of day to day life.
Craig
Craig has dedicated his life to studying various forms of meditation, yoga, chanting and other spiritual practices. He is trained in various forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Satyananda, and Forrest to name a few. Craig teaches a practice that challenge, uplifts and heals by allowing us to explore the playing field that is our own body and mind. It is his intention to give people the opportunity to experience the healing effects of yoga so they can create change in themselves and live with empowerment and confidence.
Patricia
Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, Patricia loves to teach slow flow classes that allow her students to take a more mindful and meditative approach to their yoga practice. When she first stepped on a yoga mat in 2007, it didn’t take before she began to experience the benefits of yoga — she found more peace and emotional stability, felt stronger in her body, and no longer felt the pain of chronic headaches. Yin yoga is her great love, and her passion is to to help her students create a deep connection between their mind, body, and soul through her classes.
