Strength classes are great for building muscle, toning the body and improving posture. Regular strength training increases bone density, strengthens the heart and improves blood flow around the body. 

Strength training has been linked to improving your mood and reducing stress and is great for giving you more energy. Practice strength classes earlier in the day to help sleep more deeply, and even increases your metabolism! Our strength classes utilise both weights and your own body weight. Classes include Pilates, Abs Express, Fast Fitness HIIT, and Legs, Bums and Tums.
