Prenatal Yoga

This is a 30-minute pre-natal yoga session is designed for 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Stretching is used to ease tension in the lower body, lower back and shoulders.  We preparing for carrying a baby by building strength in the legs and arms. Therapeutic breathing techniques keep you calm and relaxed. And most important of all — it will help you feel good, more in control and offer you some well-deserved "me" time.

It is recommended to practice from week 12 of pregnancy. Please check with your doctor before practicing yoga while pregnant.

Kids Yoga

Yoga 4 Kiddies (age 4-8 years) is a playful storytelling class with body movements, yoga games, singing peaceful songs in connection with mantras, meditation, and some breathing exercises. It is only 20 minutes long, so your child can maintain their concentration for maximum benefit.
